Item 8.01	Other Events.

On July 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (the "Company") declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock to be paid on August 28, 2020 to all stockholders of record on August 14, 2020.
